Product Description

Celery was used as early as the 5th century by the Chinese, and is widely used in Indian Ayurvedic practices today. Celery grown conventionally and found in supermarkets looks nothing like celery
found at local farmers markets. The celery plant grows up to 90 cm, is bright green and radiates life. Celery has a complex, strong, sweet and spicy aroma. The plant takes two years to fully mature and produces small, tan or brown fruits. Seeds are the main repository of essential oil. Limonene, which is the dominant constituent, puts Celery Seed oil in the same category as citrus peel and pine needle oils.

Uses

  • Add 1-2 drops to your favorite drinks, salads and recipes.

Way of use

Dilute 1 drop for every 100 ml of liquid.
